This Policies and Procedures section contains HIPAA privacy and security policy documents that you should customize for your office. In addition, the HIPAA Procedures Manual should be customized for yoru office’s daily use. The manual is designed to comply with HIPAA privacy and secuirty requirements. We have provided suggestions on how your organization may want to tackle each compliance criteria, but you should feel free to customize the manual to fit your own office’s needs. Both the Privacy and Security policies and procedures are required documents for your HIPAA compliance.
